What is the Rewards4Golf Tour?
The Rewards4Golf Tour is a UK amateur golf tour for members of Rewards4Golf and is for social and serious golfers alike. The Tour is a collection of professionally organised events played competitively in a friendly atmosphere on some of the best courses in the UK.
Who can play on the Rewards4Golf Tour?
The Rewards4Golf Tour is open to Rewards4Golf members who have a verifiable handicap. Handicaps that are accepted on the Tour include:
- CONGU / Club handicap
- STROKES
- Golf Shake
- Any other EGU affiliated Golf Society handicap
Do I have to register to play on the Rewards4Golf Tour?
Yes you must register to play on the Rewards4Golf Tour at www.rewards4golftour.com. The Tour is free to join and we do not require any monies until you enter a Tour event.

How do I enter / book?
Firstly you will need to be a member of Rewards4Golf which you can join for FREE at www.rewards4golf.com. Once you are a member, you will be able to log in and access the Rewards4Golf Tour website and register for events.
By going to the events page at www.rewards4golftour.com you will be able to click on the Enter button on the appropriate Tour event or events.
We confirm entries by email. We will contact you if a particular Tour event which you want to enter is full. Payment must be made on entering an event. Competitor’s information will be posted on the website or emailed out up to 10 days before each Tour event informing you of your tee time, directions to the course and other useful information.
How good do I need to be?
The Rewards4Golf Tour is aimed at amateur golfers and as such is available to any players that can demonstrate the ability to play within the maximum allowable handicap of 28 for men and 36 for ladies and are aware of the basic rules and etiquette when playing golf.
Due to the quality of the courses and for the enjoyment of others, the Rewards4Golf Tour is not a tournament for the beginner golfer or any player who does not understand the rules when playing.
How many events can I play in?
You are invited to take part in as many Tour events as you like. The order of merit award will be based on points accumulated by players throughout the season. If you just want to take part in one or two events over the year and enjoy the company of your fellow Rewards4Golf members, you are more than welcome.
What is the playing format?
Each Rewards4Golf Tour event will be played over 18 holes and use the Stableford scoring method. Player’s handicaps will be reduced by 3/4 for the purpose of the Stableford scoring. Play at each Tour event will be in three or four balls.
What does a typical day include?
Coffee and bacon rolls await competitors on arrival at the golf club. The first match usually tees off from about 9am depending on the number of entrants. The golf is followed by a prize presentation approximately 30 minutes after the last group finishes.
What kind of prizes can you win?
Players can win thousands of Rewards4Golf points as prizes in each Tour event. In addition, hundreds of thousands of Rewards4Golf points will be available to winners of the order of merit.
How does the order of merit work?
At each Tour event in which you take part, you will be awarded Rewards4Golf points based on your position at the end of the event. Final placings in the order of merit are determined by the points accumulated throughout the season. Members may enter as many Tour events as they wish and their total ‘winnings’ will count towards their final order of merit position.
